Character history Ariel is the youngest of King Triton's seven daughters. Ariel has a fascination with the world of humans, despite contact being forbidden by her father, who hates humans. In the beginning, Ariel is salvaging human items and takes them to scuttle for identification. Ariel keeps them in her secret grotto as a part of her collection, from books to other regular objects which is where she sings "Part of Your World. During a storm, Ariel rescues Prince Eric and brings him to shore where she falls in love with him and dreams to be human. Why I have chosen this song I have chosen this song since it has a lot of emotions going through it and I have to adapt to an American accent for this so it can be different from my other songs. I love how free Ariel is when singing this song so I wanted to have the same energy which is different from the others since they are just a number where you stand in one place and it can show how excited she is when she starts to talk abou

  Character History When Hamilton argues with Samuel Seabury, King George III sings about how he will win the war and keep America as a colony in "You'll Be Back". You can feel his power when he doesn't move from his spot and gets everyone to rush around for him which is a total contrast from the other songs before this since they have a rap theme to them, it's almost like America is making King George III a joke including the feminine touches and bratty attitude. After America won the war, King George III became sad and angry, singing about how they cheated with the French and Spain by their side, and asking "What Comes Next". After George Washington steps down as president he questions who comes after him after one of his servants tells him it is John Adams he sings how their government is doomed and wishes them luck.   Character History Kim ran away from a small village in Vietnam around 1958, three years after the war started. At age 13, she was betrothed to her cousin Thuy, to which she confessed to not loving him. During the war, Kim's family was killed by a bomb during a raid and as she ran through the rice fields she saw their bodies, this event affected Kim and it changed her mindset that she would rather die than look back again. Kim finally finds a job as a bargirl at a nightclub in Saigon named 'Dreamland' where she meets The Engineer, catering to the American GIs stationed in the city.  On Kim's first night at Dreamland, the other girls laugh and mock her for being innocent and the patrons seem turned off by her naive figure except for a young sergeant named Chris Scott, which his friend John notices. As the night goes on Chris grows more fond of Kim after learning she's not like the other girls he's seen, Which leads to Chris asking Kim to move to America with him
